In 1988 I started a non slip rubberized decking company known as Flex Surfaces in Orlando, Fl.
My customers consisted of many pool builders in the state of Florida and many commercial accounts such as Sea World, Disney, Wet & Wild, and several large hotel chains. In 1992, I sold the company and started a venture in the acrylic spa and bathtub manufacturing industry Baker Manufacturing. I manufactured and designed several types of soaker tubs, jetted tubs, portable spas, and in-ground spas. The in-ground spas are still being produced today and are known as Spillway Spas. In 2009, I merged the Spillway Spa line with LMI who is now known as Dream Maker Spas. I am still involved with the decision making of Spillway Spas. Since I did not have to be involved with the day to day manufacturing it allowed me to move west closer to where I?m from and become the Southwest rep for Dream Maker Spas and Spillway Spas. I reside in Albuquerque, NM.

Scott Ragsdale is a Sale Representative with us and has 30 years experience in the swimming pool industry. He has been a Pool Service Technician and repairman, Delivery Driver, Front Counter in distribution, assistant and general manager and sale team over the last 30 years. His last 14 years were as a salesman for HASA a chlorine and acid distributor working in the Southern California area. With his vast experience in the Swimming Pool Industry he looks forward to meeting our customer's needs.

Launched in 2010, BHG Sales is a small group of smart people that thrive on bringing innovative ideas to life. We do well with creative details. Each member of our team brings a different set of skills and strengths to the table ? allowing us to be thorough and incredibly good at what we do.
Spa and pool experience started in 1980 when Ben Gargle took a job at Hydro Spa K2 as Controller and left in January of 1986 as V.P. of Operations. It was during this time he started Be-Lite Inc. with the knowledge of Hydro Spa, but it was in its infancy so he took a job as Controller for Mission Furniture Company till Be-Lite Inc. was self sufficient. After purchasing CMT Spa Covers in February of 1987 from Catalina Spas, he left Mission Furniture to pursue Be-Lite Inc. full time. He did this till selling it to Pool Covers Inc. in April of 2009.
Now he is re-inventing himself to fill a niche of dealer and pool builder sales that the big rep firms don?t have time to service. We are looking for new lines that fit this bill and need representation other than just to the big distributors.
